Listing policy

This policy applies to every advertiser on the platform, whether a developer, brokerage or broker, and to all members of their team.

It forms part of our terms of use. Breaking it can lead to listings being rejected or the account being suspended.

When you register as an advertiser, you provide company details such as name, description, phone, WhatsApp, email, website, address, city, commercial register number, tax ID and license number. These must be accurate and kept up to date.

Our team reviews every advertiser account and can approve, reject, suspend or block it.

The account holder can add team members as owner, manager or agent, and remains responsible for what the team publishes.

Our team grants the verified badge manually after reviewing an advertiser's account details.

The badge is not a guarantee of any specific listing, price or transaction, and it is not an endorsement. Buyers should always confirm details themselves.

We may remove the badge if an advertiser's details change or they break this policy.

Every listing must:

Photos must show the actual unit or project. For projects under construction, use the developer's official images of that project.

Don't use photos of another property, misleadingly edited photos, or photos you don't have the right to use.

Show the correct price, or mark the listing "price on request". Placeholder or bait prices are not allowed.

Payment plans (down payment, installment and years) must reflect the real offer. Where some figures are derived or estimated, the platform flags them.

The platform does not guarantee prices. Buyers should confirm them with the developer or advertiser before any commitment.

Advertisers get a buyer's contact details only after the buyer approves their contact request. Every time a buyer request is opened, we log it.

Don't try to bypass the contact flow, uncover a masked number, scrape buyer requests, or use or share a buyer's data for anything other than following up on the request they approved.

This is one of the most serious breaches and can lead to the account being blocked immediately.

Our team reviews every listing before it is published. A listing can be a draft, pending review, approved, rejected (with a reason) or suspended.

Listings stop being shown after 90 days by default.

Our team may reject or suspend any listing or account that breaks this policy, including after it has been published.

Our team can feature a listing for 1 to 365 days in featured spots on the home, search, project, area and developer pages. These placements may be paid.

Featured and paid placements are clearly labelled.

An advertiser's plan sets how many featured slots, listings and monthly contact requests they get. Terms for paid plans are set out when subscribing.

Some catalogue listings and images were collected from public third-party sources, and some images may be served from those third parties' servers.

If you are a developer and want a listing about your project corrected or removed, contact us through the contact page.

If you find a misleading, duplicate or non-compliant listing, or an advertiser treats you badly, report it through the contact page (/contact) and our team will review it.
