By using the platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy, cookie policy and listing policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

"The platform" means the Property Pro website and its services, run by the company operating Property Pro.

Property Pro is an information and matching service. It shows property listings provided by advertisers, receives buyer requests and suggests matching listings for each request.

The platform is not a party to any sale or rental, does not act as a broker in the transaction unless it says so explicitly, and does not receive or hold deposits or payments.

Any agreement between a buyer and an advertiser is their own responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the platform.

Registration requires your name, an Egyptian mobile number and a password; email is optional. Your details must be accurate and your own.

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away through the contact page if you suspect someone else is using it.

When you submit a buyer request, you agree to receive offers from relevant advertisers. Our team reviews each request before it goes live, and it stops being shown after 60 days by default.

Your contact details are shown to an advertiser only after you approve that advertiser's contact request. If you don't answer within 72 hours, the request expires and nothing is revealed.

Advertisers may use a buyer's details received after approval only to follow up on that request, and must not share or reuse them for anything else.

Advertisers are developers, brokerages and brokers. Our team reviews advertiser accounts and approves or rejects them. Advertisers must follow our listing policy.

The current plans are Free, Pro (2,500 EGP per month) and Premium (7,500 EGP per month). Each has limits on listings, monthly contact requests, agents and featured slots.

Each contact request uses one monthly slot. If the request is rejected or expires, the slot is returned.

Online payment is not available on the platform yet. Payment and other terms for paid plans are set out when you subscribe.

Listings, prices and payment plans are provided by advertisers or derived from the listed units. Where a source gave no payment terms, some terms are estimated from common conventions, and the platform flags derived figures.

Some catalogue listings and images come from public third-party sources.

We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete or still available. Buyers should confirm every detail directly with the developer or advertiser before making any commitment or payment.

The platform's design, software, name and logo belong to the company operating Property Pro and may not be used without written permission.

Advertisers keep ownership of the content they upload and give the platform the right to display, copy, resize and format it to run the service and promote the listing.

If you hold rights in content shown on the platform and believe it is used without permission, tell us through the contact page and we will review it.

The platform is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions.

To the extent allowed by Egyptian law, we are not liable for advertiser content, for any agreement or payment between users, or for indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Our team may reject any listing or request, or suspend or block any account, that breaks these terms, the listing policy or the law, or that harms users or the platform.

You can stop using the platform at any time. To ask for your account to be deleted, contact us through the contact page.

We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
